Degrees and certificates granted by HUFLIT are approved as national degrees and national certificates by the government. Academic records can be transferred for overseas study at academic institutions which have articulation agreements with HUFLIT, such as:

	Auckland University of Technology (New Zealand)

Scale of training:
Every year HUFLIT admits about 1,200 students, using a national entrance examination under the supervision of the Ministry of Education and Training. Examinees should have high-school graduation certificates and good health. Presently, a number of Korean students and apprentices from the UK, the US, France, Australia, Japan, and Malaysia are studying at HUFLIT.

HUFLIT has nearly 100 full-time professors and over 100 part-time professors, lecturers, and experts officially trained in Vietnam and overseas, who have good pedagogical skills, enthusiasm, and experience in educational management. There are also more than 10 foreign experts from the UK, the US, China, Korea, France, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand working long-term at HUFLIT.
